John Salagaras has over 20 years’ experience in the financial planning industry and over 15 years’ experience as a qualified financial advisor with a client base across Australia. He has a sustained passion for advising his clients in growing and protecting their wealth.
John is a well-known and highly respected member of the financial planning industry.
John holds a tertiary Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma of Financial Services.
Simon Fallon is a qualified financial advisor in the Financial Planning industry with over 15 years’ experience and is highly regarded in South Australia and Northern Territory; specifically around the Alice Springs and Darwin regions.
Simon is passionate about working closely with clients as part of their financial planning journey, to understand their needs and future intentions and to deliver fit for purpose, tangible and meaningful outcomes.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours, a Master of Accounting and Finances as well as a Diploma of Financial Services.
Luke Shad has been in the financial planning industry for 13 years and has been a qualified financial advisor for 10 years where Luke advises clients in Adelaide, Darwin and Sydney.
Luke always strives to provide an exceptional level of service when advising clients. His focus is on how to grow and protect clients’ wealth in a manner that is customised to their individual circumstances and preferences.
Luke holds a tertiary Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma of Financial Services.
Anna Verderame is an accomplished financial professional with over 23 years of experience in banking, financial services and wealth management across several reputable organisations.
Anna prides herself on customer focused leadership and is passionate about improving people’s lives through the difference that quality financial advice can provide.
She is dedicated to giving back to her community through volunteering projects and board work.
Anna has a Diploma of Financial Advising and a Master in Business Administration.

Simone Grahame began her career in Banking and has over 12 years experience in the wealth management industry, predominately supporting financial planners and clients across all elements of the advice process.
She takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and goes above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
Simone has grown up in Darwin with strong links to the local community, overseeing our Darwin office.
She currently holds a Diploma of Financial Services and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

As a dedicated Associate, Nina brings a fresh perspective and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
With over 5 years experience as a Paraplanner and Client Services Manager in the financial planning industry, Nina has a strong foundation and background in customer service and a commitment to continuous learning. She is also passionate about maintaining a balanced approach to fitness and prioritising health and wellbeing in all aspects of her life.
Nina holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Bachelor of Journalism & International Relations.
Elena Diamandopoulos

Elena works as part of the Palladia team, helping our clients directly and assisting our advisers. Whilst new to the financial planning industry, Elena is passionate about ensuring everything operates efficiently and smoothly and has over 6 years experience working in customer service roles.
She thoroughly enjoys interacting with clients, both face to face and electronically, and being involved in helping with our clients build towards their goals.
Wilson Otto

Whilst completing his university studies, Wilson Otto has been developing his financial skills and attributes at the same time as building a client first approach for 3 years in the renewable energy industry
He believes interactions with clients and the connection that can be made are fundamental to achieving success for both parties and is excited to join the Palladia team to further develop within the Financial Planning industry.
Outside of work, Wilson is a keen cricket and football player.
Wilson holds a Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Economics degree.
